Five-Star Business Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, Tuesday, December 24, 2024 took note of resignation of Shalini Baskaran, Head-Compliance and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company. Shalini tendered her resignation vide letter dated December 23, 2024 to pursue new career opportunity outside the Organization and will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from close of working hours on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Further, she has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for the resignation other than those provided in her resignation letter. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-l/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A along with a copy of the resignation letter.
