Pursuant to the ‘Code of Conduct to, Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Halder Venture has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday, 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Accordingly, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transactions involving dealing/ trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
