Ratnaveer Precision Engineering has informed that the ‘Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect from 1stJanuary, 2025 up to 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 315t December, 2024. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the meeting of Board of Directors for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024 shall be intimated in due course of time.
