Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, TV Today Network has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, to consider, approve and take on record, the unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. As per the Company's code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders of the Company from January 01, 2025 up to February 13, 2025.
