Suyog Telematics inks MoU to acquire 100% stake in Lotus Tele Infra

Suyog Telematics has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lotus Tele Infra, Existing Promoters and shareholders for the purpose of acquisition of 100% of the Equity Shares capital of Lotus Tele Infra from the sellers for an aggregate consideration of Rs 13.5 crore. 

Post completion of the said acquisition, Lotus Tele Infra will become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company. With this acquisition, the company will get its presence in critical Delhi and NCR telecom circles in India which will lead to expansion in its business operations.

Suyog Telematics is a growing passive telecommunication infrastructure provider in India, engaged primarily in the business of installing and commissioning of Poles, Towers and Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) Systems in India.
