In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers has informed that Sanjay Panse (DIN:02725875) was appointed as a Part-Time Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company with effect from 27 December 2021 for a period of three years by the Ministry of Defence vide its letter No. 11 (70)/2021/Misc/D(NS) dated 24 Dec 2021. The three years tenure of Sanjay Panse has ended on 26 December 2024. Accordingly, Sanjay Panse ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 27 December 2024.
