Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Keynote Financial Services has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of Keynote Financial Services Limited, shall remain closed for all designated persons with effect from Wednesday, January 1, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2024. Accordingly, all Connected Persons / Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. The date of announcement of the unaudited financial results shall be informed in due course. Further, it is pertinent to note that functionality to restrict trading by Designated Persons (DPs) in the shares of the Company by freezing PAN shall be available from first day of the month following the end of the quarter on our designated depository portal i.e. National Depository Services Ltd (NSDL) in accordance with SEBI circulars dated August 5, 2022, July 19, 2023, and NSE and BSE FAQs dated March 28, 2024.
