Valiant Communications has informed that the Trading Window of the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders of the Company will be closed for designated persons for trading of Company's equity shares with immediate effect and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results to the public. The closure is in connection with the finalization of financial statements/results for the quarter ending 31-12-2024. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
