Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Zim Laboratories has informed that it enclosed the details of loss of share certificates received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company against the request from shareholder for issue of duplicate share certificates and accordingly, RTA has marked stop transfer until Duplicate Share Certificates are issued.
