Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Gayatri Bioorganics has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.01.2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the company for the Quarter ended on 31-12-2024, for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further the date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the third quarter ended on 31st December, 2024 shall be intimated in due course.
