Rama Steel Tubes has informed that Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, January 01, 2025 till completion of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of Board Meeting in which the results are to be considered, shall be intimated in due course.
