Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the meeting of Board of Directors for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
