Praxis Home Retail has informed that pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons, window for dealing in the Company's Securities will remain closed from January 1, 2025 till 48 hours after announcement of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The date of the Board meeting to consider the announcement of aforesaid financial results shall be intimated in due course.
