Axiscades Technologies has raised Rs 50 crore through the allotment of 5,000 Unrated Unlisted Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 100,000 on Private Placement basis. The Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated December 28, 2024 approved the allotment of the same.
