Western Ministil has informed that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further referring to the clarifications regarding trading restriction period given by BSE Vide its circular dated April 02, 2019 Vide Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated / Connected Persons from 1st January, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024 shall be intimated separately.
