As per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, G G Engineering has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed for the period from January 01, 2025 to till Forty-Eight hours after the announcement/ declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for considering and approving the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, the Designated Persons shall also be intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
