With reference to the Company's Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), Kashyap Tele-Medicines has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company, by the ‘Designated Persons’ of the Company, shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours from the date of announcement/declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid Trading Window closure period. The date of Board Meeting shall be intimated separately.
