Intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting to be held to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended December 31, 2024 shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
