India Cements has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Suresh Vasant Patil, as Chief Executive Officer and Krishnagopal Ladsaria, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01.01.2025. Suresh Vasant Patil and Krishnagopal Ladsaria will also be Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations with respect to the appointment of the aforementioned KMPs are given in the Annexure. The Board Meeting commenced at 03.00 PM (IST) and concluded at 03.20 PM (IST).
