Caprolactam Chemicals has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours of the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Accordingly, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of the board meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
