Suzlon Energy has informed that S.Venkata Subramaniam, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SE Forge, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and designated as one of the SMPs of the Company, has resigned from the services with effect from close of business hours on 31st December 2024 and accordingly he will cease to be the SMP of the Company from close of business hours on 31st December 2024. The brief details as are required to be disclosed under the Listing Regulations are enclosed. A copy of resignation letter dated 28th December 2024 given by the SMP mentioning reasons for his resignation is enclosed.
