Navneet Education has informed that as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by the Designated Persons will remain closed from 1st January, 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the aforesaid Unaudited financial results will be intimated in due course.
