TVS Holdings has sold its entire holding of 25,54,43,333 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each comprising of 100% stake in TVS Emerald, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on December 31, 2024.
Consequent to the above, TVS Emerald and its subsidiaries ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company effective December 31, 2024. The consideration received from such sale is Rs 485.85 crore.
TVS Holdings (Formerly known as Sundaram-Clayton) manufactures non-ferrous gravity and pressure die castings.
