Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals has informed that the Company's Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) has intimated change in its name from Link Intime India to MUFG Intime India. This name change does not impact any of the existing contractual agreements or the ongoing business relationship between the Company and its RTA. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation issued to MUFG Intime India, Mumbai, by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, confirming the name change is enclosed for reference.
