Ind-Swift Laboratories has completed the purchase of land admeasuring around 40 Bighas located at Punjab, for a total consideration of Rs 17.72 crore (including stamp duty). This land will be utilized for setting up a new state-of-the-art formulations’ facility.
Earlier, the company had completed the acquisition of land at Dera Bassi, Punjab for a total consideration of Rs 1.93 crore for setting up of a new state-of-the-art Research and Development (R&D) Centre.
