LT Foods has completed the acquisition of 17.5% stake in Nature Bio-Foods (the organic arm of the Company), Subsidiary Company of the Company from India Agri Business Fund II, for an amount of Rs 110 crore on December 31, 2024. Post acquisition, Nature Bio-Foods has become a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Company.
LT Foods is a branded specialty foods company. It is engaged in milling, processing and marketing of branded and non-branded basmati rice, and manufacturing of rice food products in the domestic and overseas market.
