Gkb Ophthalmics has informed that the material subsidiary of the Company, GSV Ophthalmics in its Board Meeting held on December 30, 2024 and Extra Ordinary General Meeting with shorter notice held today, January 02, 2025 has approved to grant an unsecured loan of up to Rs 5.00 Crores (Rupees Five Crores Only) in tranches to GKB Ophthalmics for the purpose of working capital requirements and general business purpose of the Company. The Board meeting of GKB Ophthalmics for consideration and approval of loan sanctioned by the Subsidiary Company, GSV Ophthalmics will be held on Friday, January 03, 2025.
