Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company, which has been closed since 1st January 2025 pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of Go Digit General Insurance, will remain closed for Insiders and Designated Persons of the Company, including their Relatives, till Friday, 24th January 2025.
