Go Digit General Insurance has informed that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of its Company, previously known as Link Intime India, has changed its name to ‘MUFG Intime India’ pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India on 31st December, 2024. The company has informed to update the records to reflect the new name of its RTA, MUFG Intime India, as the official RTA of the Company.
