R R Kabel has informed that the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agents -Link Intime India (LIIPL) has informed the Company, that consequent upon the acquisition of Link Group by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation, LIIPL will now be known as MUFG Intime India. The change of name of LIIPL is effective from 31 December 2024. Accordingly, the name of the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agents will now be MUFG Intime India. The address and the contact details remain unchanged. The company has informed to take note of the above and update records appropriately. This intimation will also be made available on the Company’s website.
