With reference to earlier intimation submitted on 2nd January 2025 regarding the scheduling of the Board Meeting on Wednesday, 8th January 2025, as per Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bartronics India has informed that clerical error was inadvertently made in the previous intimation where the name of the party was mentioned as ‘TPW Global’ instead of the correct name, ‘PTW Global.’ The company has clarified that this was an unintentional typographical error and not a deliberate mistake.
