The company has informed to take note of the same and update the name as ‘MUFG Intime India’ as the RTA of the Company, in the records. The address and other contact details of the RTA of the Company remain unchanged. The Certificate of Incorporation reflecting the name change of the RTA, as received from the RTA, is enclosed.
