Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Premier Explosives has informed that a fire accident has occurred today on January 04, 2025 at around 09.30 am at its factory situated at Peddakandukur village, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, Telangana. The fire has resulted in damage of building and equipment in one of the pyro technique manufacturing facilities. The incident has resulted in loss of life of one person and severe injuries to one person, who is shifted to a hospital in Hyderabad for treatment. The exact cause of the fire is currently under investigation, and the company is cooperating fully with the concerned authorities. The damaged assets were fully insured and the company is in the process of ascertaining the actual loss caused due to fire. Company is taking steps to ensure normal operations at the plant at the earliest.
