Maharashtra Scooters has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 15 January 2025, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2024. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from Wednesday, 1 January 2025 till Friday, 17 January 2025 for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The same has been intimated to stock exchanges vide letter dated 27 December 2024.
