Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 57(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, Growington Ventures India has informed that the said Regulation is not applicable to the Company as there are no non-convertible securities issued by the Company and they confirmed that there was no payment due of interest/dividend/principal obligations for non-convertible securities during the quarter ended 31st December, 2024; and there is no unpaid interest/dividend/principal obligations in relation to the non-convertible securities as on 31st December, 2024.
