Rail Vikas Nigam, Tata Technologies and Aayush Wellness to see some action today

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with GBH International Contracting LLC (GBHIC), a Dubai, United Arab Emirates based Company to work together to explore the business opportunities in the civil infrastructure sector in GCC Countries.

Tata Technologies has entered into partnership with Telechips, a comprehensive automotive semiconductor solutions company, at CES 2025 to innovate vehicle software solutions for next-gen software-defined vehicles (SDVs). Together, the companies aim to develop innovative solutions for ADAS platforms, automotive cockpit domain controllers, and central & zonal gateway controllers that will accelerate the realization of software-defined vehicles (SDVs), a cornerstone of connected, autonomous, and electric mobility. 

Aayush Wellness has incorporated ‘Aayush Worldwide’ as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. With an initial capital of Rs 25 lakh aims for its expansion into the international market through the Wellness and nutraceutical export business. This move marks a significant milestone in the company's growth strategy, positioning it to provide high-quality health care products and solutions to a broader global audience.

Power Finance Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary -- PFC Consulting has incorporated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) as its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Anantapur II REZ Transmission’ for development of transmission system for integration of Anantapur- II REZ - Phase-I (for 4.5 GW). The SPV has to be transferred to the Successful Bidder selected through International Competitive Bidding Process under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service issued by Ministry of Power. 

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCS) has received an order to implement its AIoT products Edugenie and Emotifics from Discovery Oaks Public School, Hyderabad. This milestone project involved the deployment of Edugenie and Emotifics, an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled edutech product with an Order Value of Rs 105 lakh, this achievement underscores BCS's expertise in delivering innovative and transformative solutions. 

Exicom Tele-Systems has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mufin Green Infra, a leading provider of turnkey project solutions for EV charging infrastructure. The MoU will ensure the creation of end-to-end EV charging solutions including installation of EV chargers & setting up of EV charging infrastructure. The collaboration will target customers like Charge Point Operators, bus operators, state utilities, and other end-users to accelerate EV adoption with state-of-the-art charging solutions. 

Tata Elxsi and the CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR-NAL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a Strategic Partnership for Advanced Air Mobility. This collaboration is focused on driving innovation in emerging areas such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Urban Air Mobility (UAM), and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The partnership combines NAL’s deep aeronautical expertise and Tata Elxsi’s technological capabilities in electrification, AI/ML, sensor fusion, and certification processes to support global and Indian markets.
