Coffee Day Enterprises has informed that the tenure of S V Ranganath as the Independent Director of the Company will be completed on January 8, 2025, and accordingly, he will be ceased to be the Independent Director of the Company with effect from January 9, 2025. Details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations is given in the enclosed Annexure. The Company shall remain ever grateful to him for his unstinted support and invaluable contribution during his tenure.
