Tata Motors, BHEL and Trishakti Industries to see some action today

Tata Motors’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Jaguar Land Rover (UK) has reported increased wholesale volumes for the third quarter of FY25 (three-month period to December 31, 2024), reflecting an improvement following supply disruptions in the second quarter of FY25. Wholesale volumes of 104,427 units in the third quarter of FY25 (excluding the Chery Jaguar Land Rover China JV) were up 3% compared to the same quarter a year ago and up 20% compared to the prior quarter ended 30 September 2024.

Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has achieved yet another milestone in Bhutan with the successful commissioning of two units of the 6x170 MW Punatsangchhu-II Hydroelectric Project (PHEP-II). Executed as part of a bilateral agreement between the Government of India and the Royal Government of Bhutan, PHEP-II is a greenfield hydro project located in the Wangdue district of Western Bhutan.

Trishakti Industries received a largest-ever order from KEC International worth Rs 9 crore. Under this contract, the company will deploy heavy machines to support its ongoing project at Tata Steel’s plant. As part of this prestigious project, the company has closed purchase of India's largest Manlifter, underscoring its commitment to operational excellence and leadership within the industry. This order is a testament to its commitment to providing high-capacity equipment for large-scale projects and further strengthens its position in the infrastructure sector.

Gulshan Polyols has resumed operations and production at its plant in Goalpara, Assam. These operations were temporarily halted to facilitate investigations related to the incident that occurred at the factory located in Goalpara, Assam. The company remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance at its facilities.

ACME Solar Holdings (ASHL), through its wholly owned subsidiaries viz. ACME Dhaulpur Powertech and ACME Raisar Solar Energy, has commissioned the remaining capacity of 62 MW and 28 MW, respectively, on January 07, 2025. These two plants are now fully commissioned to rated capacity of 300 MW each. With this, ASHL’s total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 2453 MW. 

Raunaq International has received work order from Mahan Energen for 2x800 MW (Phase-II) Raigarh Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Project, Near Village: Bade Bandar, District: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh amounting Rs 16.80 crore.   

ITCONS E-Solutions has been awarded with a contact by Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) Chandigarh, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs Food and Public Distribution to provide manpower services on a contractual basis for the period of 2 years. Total contract value including all duties and taxes is Rs 4.03 crore.
