NMDC has received an in-principle approval for incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the company at GIFT City, Gujarat and opening of NMDC Liaison Offices at Dubai, UAE and Brisbane/Melbourne, Australia.
The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on January 8, 2025 accorded in-principle approval for the same, subject to approval of Ministry of Steel, DIPAM and any other authority as may be required.
NMDC is a state-controlled mineral producer of the Government of India. It is fully owned by the Government of India and is under administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.
