Aarti Pharmalabs has informed that the Company has entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholder’s Agreement with Pro-zeal Green Power (Promoter Company), Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formed for developing, constructing, operating and maintaining a solar power plant, for acquisition of 26.25% of the Equity Shares/ Voting Rights of SPV and Compulsory Convertible Debentures. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is given in Annexure 'A' attached to this letter.
