Jumbo Finance has informed that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTS) of the Company has been change from Link Intime India to Skyline Financial Services with effective from 22.11.24 Letters received from National Securities depository dated 24.12.24 and Central Depository Services Ltd. dated 26.12.24 are enclosed herewith. Further, in terms of Regulation 7 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 a tripartite agreements between the Company, Link Intime India (Previous RTA) and Skyline Financial Services (new RTA) is under process and same will be intimated in due course.
