Gujarat Fluorochemicals’ subsidiary -- GFCL EV Products has incorporated an overseas wholly owned subsidiary company at Singapore viz., GFCL EV Products Pte on January 07, 2025 for which Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, Singapore has issued a Certificate confirming Incorporation of the said Company, on January 09, 2025. The entity is yet to commence business operations.
Gujarat Fluorochemicals is engaged in manufacturing and trading of refrigerant gases, caustic soda, chloromethane, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), fluoropolymers, fluoromonomers, specialty fluorointermediates, specialty chemicals and allied activities.
