Further to its letter no. 20ML/SECY/PIT/DEC-1 dated December 26, 2024, it has also informed that the ‘Trading Window’ [dealing in shares of the Company by designated persons] is closed from Wednesday, January 01, 2025, and will reopen after expiry of 48 hours from the time the results of the aforesaid period becomes generally available, in terms of SEBI [Prohibition of insider Trading] Regulations, 2015.
