Poonawalla Fincorp has raised Rs 150 crore through allotment of 15,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each through private placement.
The company has allotted 15,000 secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each issued at a discount of Rs 63 per debenture and accrued interest of Rs 1474 per debenture, aggregating to subscription amount of Rs 152.11 crore through private placement. Maturity of the said NCDs will be on November 07, 2029.
