In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, Shyamkamal Investments has informed that Kailashchandra Kedia (DIN: 01292825), has tendered his resignation from the position of Director of the Company, with effect from the 13th January, 2025, due to other commitments and personal reasons. He is not a chairperson or Member of any committee of the Company. The information is in regard to the abovementioned change in the Board composition in terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A (7B) of Part A of Schedule III - of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD- PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed. The Reclassification Letters will be placed at the next meeting of the board of directors of the Company and further action in this regard will be taken in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations.
