There has been no request received from members of the Company for rematerialiasation during the third quarter ended 31st December, 2024. A certificate was received from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Bigshare Services under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is also enclosed for the reference.
