NBCC (India) climbs on bagging work orders worth Rs 405.08 crore

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 86.15, up by 2.08 points or 2.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 84.07 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 85.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 87.32 and Rs. 83.58 respectively. So far 288584 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 139.90 on 28-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 56.43 on 18-Jan-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 89.66 and Rs. 78.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 23093.10 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.20% and 25.05% respectively.

NBCC (India) has received work orders worth around Rs 405.08 crore.  Out of the total, the company has received first order worth around Rs 151.93 crore from Hindu College, University of Delhi for Planning, Designing and execution of Construction of ‘Centre for Advance Studies’ for University of Delhi. The company has received second order worth around Rs 118.64 crore from Fakir Mohan University, (Vyasa Vihar), Balasore for Planning, Designing and Construction for Development work of Fakir Mohan University, (Vyasa Vihar), Balasore.

The company bagged third order worth Rs 84.75 crore from Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University, Sriramchandra Vihar, Takatpur, Baripada, Mayurbhanj for Planning, Designing and Construction for Development work of Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University, Sriramchandra Vihar, Takatpur, Baripada, Mayurbhanj.

It has bagged fourth order worth Rs 37.90 crore from Uttar Pradesh Construction and Labour Development federation (UPCLDF) for Planning, Designing and execution of Office Building (Head Quarter Building) at Uttar Pradesh Rajya Nirman Evam Sharam Vikash Sahakari Sangh Ltd. At Institutional Plot No.-2B/INS-09, Sector-2b, Avadh Vihar Yojna, Lucknow. It has received fifth order worth Rs 11.86 crore from Western Regional Power Committee (WRPC), Mumbai for Project Management Consultancy services for upgradation of WRPC staff Quarter including Structural Repair and External Development Works at Andheri West, Mumbai.

With this, NBCC has achieved the monumental milestone of Rs 1,00,000 crore order book on consolidated basis. 

NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
