DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructures has acquired 55,000 equity shares through a share transfer, constituting 60% of the total shareholding of DM Consulting Engineers (DM Consulting). Accordingly, the Company's shareholding has increased from 49% to 60% of the total shareholding of DM Consulting. Consequently, DM Consulting has become a subsidiary company of the Company.
DM Consulting is engaged in the business of Engineering, Procurement and Consulting Services in the areas of new energies and new materials. With the strategic investment, the Company will be able to venture into the new avenues for growth.
DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructures leverages Experience and Core Expertise in Design and Engineering to offer Concept to Commissioning services throughout the lifecycle of projects in infrastructure sectors.
