DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructures has informed that the Company has acquired 55,000 equity shares through a share transfer, constituting 60% of the total shareholding of DM Consulting Engineers. Accordingly, the Company's shareholding has increased from 49% to 60% of the total shareholding of DM Consulting. Consequently, DM Consulting has become a subsidiary company of the Company. The relevant details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI Circular dated December 31, 2024 are annexed and marked as Annexure1.
