Further to ITS letter of even no dtd. 14.01.2025 and in compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam has informed that in continuation to Department of Telecommunications (DoT)’s order of even number dated 13.07.2024, Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications, Govt of India vide Letter No. E-1- 6/2018-PSA dtd. 16.01.2025 (copy attached) has extended additional charge of the post of CMD,the company (MTNL) assigned to A. Robert J. Ravi, CMD BSNL for a further period of six months with effect from 15.01.2025 till 14.07.2025 or till assumption of charge of the post of CMD, BSNL by the regular incumbent, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
